However, before reporting a problem, we would want you to try these:
1. Re-start and Re-install
Restarting your device (iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad/android device) can often resolve problems. Be sure to try this first. If you continue to experience problems like images/videos not downloading properly, we recommend removing, and re-downloading the affected application. You can do this for free, but keep in mind you will lose all data in that application if you do not backup in iTunes first.
2. Keep Up To Date
Updates of software can often provide bug fixes. Our application runs on all the versions of iOS, however, it is your responsibility to update the app to ensure you are receiving the current and improved content within the app.
